Income Disclosure Statement
Tier operates a multi-level (network-marketing) compensation plan, in which affiliate earnings scale with the network of sellers a participant enrolls and supports. The FTC requires that companies using multi-level compensation structures publish income data so prospective participants can make informed decisions. The figures below are generated directly from Tier's database each time this page loads. They are not averages of top earners — they represent all active sellers in the trailing 12-month period.
The earnings shown here are affiliate earnings paid by Tier — the one-time Direct Referral Bonus, the five Leadership Pool payouts, and any discretionary Company Bonus. They do not include the resale spread, which is the difference a seller keeps between Tier's wholesale price and their own resale price and is not paid by Tier. Any "resale value" or "2.5×" figure shown in Tier materials refers to the suggested retail value of package contents: realizing it requires the seller to actually sell the items, prices are subject to market volatility, and it is not a payment or guaranteed return from Tier.

How to read this data
- Active sellers: All sellers with an active account, regardless of sales volume.
- % earning: The percentage of active sellers who received at least $1 in commissions during the period. Sellers who had zero commissions are included in the total — they earned $0.
- Median: Half of active sellers earned more than this amount; half earned less.
- Average: Total commissions divided by total active sellers. High earners can inflate this number significantly — the median is a more reliable benchmark.
- 90th percentile: Only 10% of active sellers earned more than this amount.
Important: Past results are not a guarantee of future earnings. As is typical of multi-level compensation plans, most participants earn modest amounts and some earn nothing. Affiliate earnings depend entirely on real product sales by you and your network — not on recruiting. Joining Tier is free with no buy-in, anyone may buy as a customer without enrolling, and participation does not guarantee income of any amount.
